Welcome to the Bravo VIP Club.

1.  The Bravo VIP Membership benefits are a 10% discount off all food and beverage purchases at Bravo at Cracker Bay.
2. The Bravo VIP Membership benefits can only be applied upon presentation of the Bravo Club Wallet Pass immediately prior to payment. Discounts will not be applied retrospectively.
3. Discounts are not valid for retail merchandise, private events or pre-paid packages. Discounts apply to the total bill and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other form of value.
4. By completing the Bravo VIP Membership Application form, you confirm you have reviewed, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
5. A unique email address and phone number is required for each member. Each Bravo Club Wallet Pass is valid for one person only and cannot be used by any person other than the Member whose name appears on the Wallet Pass issued.
6. Participation in the Bravo VIP Membership programme is open only to individuals. Participation is offered at the discretion of Bravo, who has the right to accept or reject any application to participate at its sole discretion.
7. The Bravo VIP Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, set menu or discount unless stated otherwise.
8. Bravo reserves the right to change the Bravo VIP Membership benefits and terms anytime without notice. Terms will be emailed to the member’s email address held on file.
9. From time to time Bravo may send you offers in conjunction with other loyalty programs operated by Bravo or any of its related companies (including Ayrburn).
10. Membership may be cancelled/refused to individuals by Bravo at its discretion and for any reason.
11. Any failure or delay by Bravo in exercising its rights under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights and any waiver by Bravo must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Bravo.
12. Bravo reserves the right to terminate the Bravo VIP Membership programme at any time by giving you at least 10 days prior written notice in which case you will cease to be able to use and/or participate within the Bravo VIP Membership programme and Bravo shall have no further liability to you.
13. Except as provided in any law which cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by agreement, Bravo does not accept any liability whatsoever, including for negligent acts and omissions, with respect to:

a. the breach of any of these terms or any term implied by law (including statute) by any person other than Bravo;

b. any Bravo VIP Membership benefit or other reward, prize or giveaway;

c. any death or injury or consequential loss or damage arising from the supply of a Bravo VIP Membership benefit and/or other reward, prize, giveaway;

d. any failure, delay or inability to provide a Wallet Pass, benefit or other, prize, giveaway to you caused by circumstances beyond its control, including strikes or industrial disputes, acts of God, flood, weather, war or civil disturbance; and

e. any other liability, loss or damage incurred or suffered by any Bravo VIP member (or any
other person) in connection with the Bravo VIP Membership programme.

f. These terms will be construed according to and governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

g. You consent to us, our related parties and business partners contacting you from time to time, including via telephone, post, facsimile and electronic (i.e. sms, Internet) methods.

h. You agree that you have read and accept the terms of our Winton Group Privacy Policy
including without limitation the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
