Simply scan your Bravo Club QR code every time you purchase at Bravo at Cracker Bay, and your points will be automatically added. Earn 1 point per $1 spent.

Yes — your points reset 12 months from the date you joined Bravo Club. Your tier and any vouchers in your account won’t be affected.

You can find this in the app or on your wallet pass. 

Rewards are redeemed using the live points currently in your account. For example, if you have 200 points, you can redeem a reward straight away or save your points for something bigger later. Once redeemed, those points are deducted from your live balance.


Tiers are based on the total points you’ve earned since joining Bravo Club. As you move from Deckhand to Skipper, new perks and rewards are unlocked along the way.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Bravo Club membership benefits can only be applied upon presentation of the Bravo Club wallet pass immediately prior to payment.  Discounts will not be applied retrospectively.
  2. Discounts are not valid for retail merchandise, private events or pre-paid packages.  Discounts apply to the total bill and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other form of value.
  3. By signing up to the Bravo Club, you confirm you have reviewed, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
  4. A unique email address and phone number is required for each member.  Each Bravo Club wallet pass is valid for one person only and cannot be used by any person other than the name which appears on the wallet pass issued.
  5. Bravo reserves the right to change the Bravo Club benefits and terms anytime without notice. Terms will be emailed to the member’s email address held on file.
  6. From time to time Bravo may send you offers in conjunction with other loyalty programs operated by Bravo or any of its related companies (including Ayrburn).
  7. Any failure or delay by Bravo in exercising its rights under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights and any waiver by Bravo must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Bravo.
  8. Except as provided in any law which cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by agreement, Bravo does not accept any liability whatsoever, including for negligent acts and omissions, with respect to:
    1. the breach of any of these terms or any term implied by law (including statute) by any person other than Bravo;
    2. any Bravo Club benefit or other reward, prize or giveaway;
    3. any death or injury or consequential loss or damage arising from the supply of a Bravo Club membership benefit and/or other reward, prize, giveaway;
    4. any failure, delay or inability to provide a wallet pass, benefit or other, prize, giveaway to you caused by circumstances beyond its control, including strikes or industrial disputes, acts of God, flood, weather, war or civil disturbance; and
    5. any other liability, loss or damage incurred or suffered by any Bravo Club member (or any other person) in connection with the Bravo Club membership programme.
    6. These terms will be construed according to and governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
    7. You consent to us, our related parties and business partners contacting you from time to time, including via telephone, post, facsimile and electronic (i.e. sms, Internet) methods.  
    8. You agree that you have read and accept the terms of our Winton Group Privacy Policy including without limitation the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
